Great ideas Patrick. It is difficult in today's automotive market to develop the brand loyalty that existed in the past. Creating the feeling of community within a particular brand is important to making the customer comfortable that they made the right decision to buy and that they automatically have a connection directly to the company. BMW does this well with their connection with the BMW Club. Keep pushing the ideas and one day they will stick.
